吸纳高层次人才是地方高校加速发展的必然选择,但吸纳高层次人才之路却不可避免面临诸种瓶颈问题,尤其是资金成本问题、共同愿景问题、事业平台问题、生活环境问题和薪酬待遇问题,需迎难而上,选择最佳管理路径,制定科学的对策,开拓前进。
Recruiting sophisticated talents is a necessary alternative of rapid development for local universities,but the process of recruiting will inevitably face with sorts of bottleneck,especially cost,common will,individual development,life and payment,etc.All these have to be satisfactorily resolved.So best management path and scientific solutions must be selected.
