不锈钢基体上Ni-HAP复合镀层结合强度的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究选用具有生物活性的羟基磷灰石(HAP) 微粒作为复合材料与镍共沉积在不锈钢基体上,对NiHAP复合镀层在不锈钢基体上电沉积的结合力及各工艺参数进行了研究。得到了最佳的工艺参数和工艺路线,使此镀层应用于医学领域成为可能。 Bio active hydroxyl apalite (HAP) as composite material was codeposited with Ni on stainless steel substrate, and binding strength of composite deposit with stainless steel, technological parameters were investigated, resulting in optimum parameters and process obtained which makes it possible to apply them to medical fields.
