摘要
目的:了解处方质量情况,促进处方质量的提高。方法:随机抽取1296张2011年1-6月门诊西药房处方,根据有关合理用药的法律法规,进行统计和分析。结果:2011年1-6月处方不合理处方201张,不合格率为15.5%。结论:门诊处方质量有待进一步提高,成立处方点评工作小组以提高门诊处方质量的对策是切实可行的。
Purpose: to understand the situation of prescriptions and improve the prescription quality.Method: To choose 1296 pieces of outpatient pharmacy prescriptions from the first half of 2011 at random and make statistics and analysis according to the laws and regulations on rational drug use.Results: There are 201 pieces of unreasonable prescriptions,and the failure rate of 15.5%.Conclusion: The quality of outpatient prescriptions need to be further enhanced.So the idea about setting up a prescription reviews working group is practicable to improve the quality of outpatient prescription.
