浅谈门诊处方存在的问题及解决措施

On the Problems of Outpatient Prescriptions and the Solutions

目的:了解处方质量情况,促进处方质量的提高。方法:随机抽取1296张2011年1-6月门诊西药房处方,根据有关合理用药的法律法规,进行统计和分析。结果:2011年1-6月处方不合理处方201张,不合格率为15.5%。结论:门诊处方质量有待进一步提高,成立处方点评工作小组以提高门诊处方质量的对策是切实可行的。

Purpose： to understand the situation of prescriptions and improve the prescription quality.Method： To choose 1296 pieces of outpatient pharmacy prescriptions from the first half of 2011 at random and make statistics and analysis according to the laws and regulations on rational drug use.Results： There are 201 pieces of unreasonable prescriptions,and the failure rate of 15.5%.Conclusion： The quality of outpatient prescriptions need to be further enhanced.So the idea about setting up a prescription reviews working group is practicable to improve the quality of outpatient prescription.
