Along with the reformation of health system,the transformation of medical model and the enhancement of people＇s awareness of self-protection,in health care market,the number of doctor-patient disputes are constantly on the rise,and the relationship between doctors and patients are intense.The reasons are various.Among these reasons,information asymmetry is the most fundamental reason.This paper analyses the reasons of information asymmetry between doctors and patients in the health care market,and comes up with some countermeasures to mitigate this asymmetry.
