摘要
学术期刊编辑职业倦怠是编辑长期处于工作压力下的一种极端反应,它是包括情感衰竭、去人格化、个人低成就感在内的一种综合症。学术期刊编辑职业倦怠问题的产生有其工作和个人方面的原因。职业倦怠会破坏编辑自身的身心健康,影响整个组织的工作绩效,故对其实施干预对于我国期刊业的发展及编辑个人的发展都具有重要的意义。
Professional burnout of academic periodical editor is an estreme response of long term high working pressures.It is a syndrome that consists of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,diminished personal accomplishment.There are both professional and personal reasons of the formation of the professional burnout of academic periodical editor.This professional burnout will ruin the health of editors both physically and mentally and even affect the working efficiency of the whole organization.Therefore the interference of this problem is very important for the development of academic journals.
