摘要
比较有或无超声波作用下的碱性化学镀、酸性复合化学镀、双层化学镀的镀层在孔隙率、耐蚀性、磁损失率、沉积速度等方面的性能后,得到了NdFeB永磁体电镀新工艺。实验表明,使用该工艺能获得一个耐蚀性好、孔隙率小、磁损失率低的镀层,并且沉积速度快、操作温度低。
By comparing NdFeB's such properties as poriness, counteretch, magnetic lossing ration (MLR), depositional rate and etc. while using ultrasonic or not in such conditions as alkal electroless, acid composite electroless, double electroless, a new technology of NdFeB's anticorrosion has been worked out. The technology's operational temperature is low, and its depositional rate is rapider. Experiments show that a layer, which has excellent counteretch, smaller poriness, lower MLR and etc., can be obtained by using this technology.
