摘要
本文首先提出通过强调项目施工现场管理、有效利用现有的网络资源等方式加强成本控制意识,然后列给出提高通信工程项目成本的组织、技术和经济等三种方式。
In this paper, strengthening the sense of cost control is put forward through emphasizing project construction site management and efficiently using network resources, and then three ways of improving communication project cost are given： organization measures, technical measures and economic measures.
