医药制造业研发效率测度及对策研究

本文使用基于投入角度DEA的CR模型分析2004年~2008年全国各省医药制造业研发效率,为更好的提高医药制造业研发效率和创新提供理论上的依据。结果:大部分省份研发效率较低,研发经费内部支出过多,研发人员投入过剩,投入不能有效的转化为产出。

This paper use CR model to analyze R^D efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacture industry through provinces in China in 2004-2008,in order to provide a theretical basis for improving R＆D efficiency and innovation.The R＆D efficiency of most provinces i~ lower, the internal expenditure of R＆D funding is too much,the input of R＆D personnel is excess, input can not effectively translate into output.
