摘要
文章通过对A集团绩效评价现状,分析了A集团的经营现状及现行的绩效评价体系提出了A集团绩效评价改进,构建了新的绩效评价体系。
This paper evaluates the current state of performance of Group A, analyzes the current situation of the business performance and the performance evaluation system, measures are raised to improve the performance of Group A and a new performance evaluation system is constructed.
