摘要
本文通过对陕西省学前教师培养机构全面深入的调研,发现培养机构的现状不容乐观,机构混杂,良莠不齐,真正能够为广大农村地区培养合格幼儿教师的院校不多;原中等师范转型并入职业技术院校的学前教育专业又因为生源少、生源质量差、培养规模小,不能适应发展需要;各级各类培养机构一哄而上,宏观管理混乱。这种状况如不尽快改变,将难以适应学前教育未来大发展对大批量合格教师的巨大需求。
Through the in-depth investigation on pre-school teacher training institution in Shaanxi province, it finds that the status of training institutions are not optimistic, mixed, and there are few colleges which can really train qualified preschool teachers for rural areas. Pre-school education specialty that transformation of original secondary normal merges into vocational and technical colleges due to fewer students, poor quality of students, small training scale can not meet the needs of development; various types of training institutions at all levels rush headlong into action, it is confusion in macro-management. These situations should change as soon as possible, so as to adapt to the huge demand of future development of pre-school education for qualified teachers.
