摘要
研究发现:大学本科生的学习目标具有就业倾向性,学习期望要求高,重视社会实践,而学习的主动性较弱。为此,教学改革需要将实践及应用纳入学习范畴,实施广泛的本科导师制,开展全方位素质教育,提高高校培养模式的柔性,改变教师考核制度。
Those are found that undergraduates" learning objectives is of job bias and of high learning expectations and of attention to social practice and of weak learning initiative. Accordingly, the reformation, including incorporating practical applications into learning areas, implementing a wider range of undergraduate tutorial system, carrying out all-round quality education, and improving a flexible training model and changing the teacher evaluation system, must be implemented.
