摘要
针对船舶油污事故调查 ,利用航空监视系统取证结果 ,以及其他的证据。综合分析油污染产生的原因、范围和程度。为非法排污的行政处罚提供依据。
In an investigation of oil pollution incident caused by ship,the results and evidences gained from aerial surveillance systems,as well as other information,have been used in the comprehensive analysis of the incident,including the cause of the pollution,its coverage and its seriousness.It provides basis and necessary information for administrative penalties on any violation against discharge requirements.
