摘要
随着社会的发展和临床护理工作的需要,男护士作为我国新兴的一种职业,开始走向护理岗位,但受传统观念及社会认可度低的影响,男护士处境和待遇非常尴尬,文章通过分析男护士目前的岗位现状及其缺乏的深层次原因并提出对策,以期为男护士的培养和管理提供一定理论依据。
With the development of society and demand for clinical nursing activity, as an emerging profession, men nurse begins to purse clinical position. But influenced by traditional concepts and low social recognization, men nurse is awkward in both situation and treatment. By analyzing the present situation of men nurse and the underlying reasons for shortage of men nurse, this paper proposes some strategies to deal with this problem with the purpose to provide some theoretical basis for cultivating men nurse and its management.
