和谐社会视域中农村籍女医学生就业问题研究

Employment problems research of female medical students from the countryside:A Harmonic Society Perspective

随着医学高等教育跨越式的发展,医学毕业生的总量明显增加,就业形势也愈发严峻。医学毕业生中的特殊群体——农村籍女医学生由于受性别、出身双重因素的影响,在激烈的竞争中明显弱势。在调查研究的基础上,用数据描述了目前农村籍女医学生的就业现状,并分析了产生这种状况的深层原因。在此基础上,提出了实现农村籍女医学生就业的基本思路。

With the leaping development of higher education in medical, the number of medical graduates increases rapidly, and the employment situation of such graduates becomes a challenge. A minority group in the medical students is female students from the countryside. Due to their gender and family origins, they are relatively weak in the competitive labor market. Based on survey data, this empirical study describes the placement situation of female medical students from the countryside, and discusses the antecedents leading to the situation. Based on this, we propose the basic thought of realizing the employment of female students from the countryside.
