Innovation development and grass-roots practice in chattel financing

动产融资是近年来发展较快并深受银企欢迎的新型融资方式,对破解中小企业贷款难,改善社会融资结构,推动金融创新都起到了积极作用,但在发展中也面临着诸多问题。通过以淄博市开展的第三方质押贷款融资业务为例,分析了影响动产融资业务广泛开展的主要因素,提出了对策建议。

Chattel financing is developing rapidly in recent years and it is a new popular financing way among bankenterprises. Chattel financing plays a positive role to solve the difficulties of small and mediumsized enterprise loans, and it improves the structure of social financing and promotes financial innovation, but it is also faced with many problems in the developing. This paper illustrated the example that Zibo city carded out the third party pledge loan financing business, analyzed the main factors of influence of carrying out chattel financing business extensively, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
