中国社会法的社会整合功能

Social integration function of the Chinese social law

法律的社会功能之最终目的是实现其政治功能,即社会整合。社会法的社会功能就是对社会成员的权益进行保障,实现社会公正,但是,从政治国家的层面来看,实现社会公正的最终目的是实现社会力量的整合。中国作为一个后发展中的主权国家,其在世界政治格局中的强烈生存诉求,使得新中国成立以来的历次社会立法都充满着国家对社会整合的期望,社会法也在不断地承担着这一社会功能,因此对中国的社会法也必须从社会治理的角度去理解,只有这样才能更好地理解有中国特色的社会法。

As an important part of college teaching activities, examination is the most commonly used and the most ef fective means of testing teaching and learning effect. Reasonable scientific examination has a function of getting feedback from teaching, adjusting and appraising teaching. It also plays a role of arousing the enthusiasm and the initiative of studying. Furthermore, it can encourage students to be more innovative. But in recent years, with the development of higher education which has been expanding, it exerts a big impact on campus life including style of study and examination. Therefore, the present situation of college examination is not optimistic.
