摘要
旅游是一种典型的跨文化交际活动,但由于中西文化的差异,当把中文旅游文本译成英语时,往往找不到完全对应的表达方式,也就是文化不可译性。针对这种现象,通过分析旅游文本文化不可译性的成因,在"跨文化交际翻译理论"的指导下,提出了一些可行的翻译技巧,帮助实现文化不可译性向可译性的转变。
Touring is a kind of typical intercultural communication. But it often occurs that there are no equivalent ex pressions of Chinese cultural items in English caused by the cultural differences. So is called the cultural untranslatability. In order to study the phenomenon, the paper analyzes the reasons of cultural untranslatability of tourist texts and finally proposes some effective translation techniques from the perspective of "translation theory of cultural communication " so as to promote the conversion from cultural untranslatability to translatability.
