高校与社会联动的学生预备党员教育模式探析

Exploration and analysis of education mode of the prepared party members in both universities and the society

加强高校学生预备党员教育既是新时期高校党建工作的重要内容,也是高校学生党员队伍保持先进性的重要保障。然而部分高校在开展学生预备党员教育工作中,由于主体性意识不足、内容设计不新、方法运用不力等原因造成了教育效果不理想的问题。通过借鉴德育工作中的"知情意行"基本规律,提出了学生预备党员教育中的高校与社会联动模式,通过采取"走出去、引进来"的教育方式,以缓解高校党务工作者人员不足问题,它显著提升了对学生预备党员的教育效果,切实加强了对学生预备党员的动态管理,有效保障了高校学生党员队伍质量的功效。

Enhancing the education of the prepared Party members in colleges is not only the main contents of the col lege＇s Party construction, but also the important guarantee of the college Party members of keeping advanced. However, colleges in some areas have reached less unsatisfactory affect because of the lacking of consciousness in whole, outdated designed contents, and the improper use of methods. By taking the example of the basic rules of ＂be in the known and reaction＂ in the moral education promoting that colleges in the education of prepared Party members should be connected with the society by adopting the policy of ＂bring in,walk out＂ to remit the workers＇ stressful in this field, improving the educating effect of the .prepared Party members, enhancing the dynamic management to ensure the quality of the Party members in colleges.
