摘要 聚合氯化硫酸铝和聚合氯化硫酸铝铁混凝剂处理 COD为 10 0 0~ 40 0 0 mg L制药废水的最佳工艺条件 p H范围为 6 .0~ 7.5 ;搅拌速度为 16 0 r min;搅拌时间为 15 min;一次处理混凝剂投加量为 3 0 0 mg L,沉降时间为 15 0 min,COD去除率在 80 %以上。若分二次投药处理效果更佳。 The optimum technology conditions for treating pharmaceutical wastewater, whose COD value is 1000 to 4000mg/L, is as follows: the range of pH value is 6.0-7.5, the agitating rate is 160rpm and the agitating time 15min, when the coagulants PACS and PAFCS are applied. The dosage of the coagulants is 300mg/L, the subsidence time is 150min and the removal ratio of COD is more than 80% when the wastewater is simply treated once. The treatment effect is much better when the two-step adding method is utilized.
