摘要
[目的 ]研究某厂生产的桶装饮用矿泉水放置 1 5天后变绿并产生绿色沉淀的原因。 [方法 ]对生产工艺的各个环节采样分析并做了灭菌、灭藻实验。 [结果 ]矿泉水生产工艺各环节的水样均检出藻类 ,成品水罐和成品水分别达 2 2 0个 / m L和 2 4 0个 / m L。只在成品水罐和成品水中检出霉菌 ,分别为 1 1个 / m L和 4个 / m L ,藻类主要为小球藻 ,霉菌主要为木霉属霉菌。 0 .0 5%的硫酸铜对藻类和霉菌的杀灭率分别为 1 0 0 %和 2 0 .8% ,1 0 0 mg/ L的二氧化氯可 1 0 0 %地杀灭藻类和霉菌。[结论
Objective]To study the cause of occurrence of greened drinking mineral water with green sediment stored and staying in barrels for 15 days in a factory [Methods]Analysis on the water samples collected from every link of productive technological process was carried out,as well as the experiments on killing the observed fungus and algae [Results]Algal,the concentration of which reached to 220/mL and 240/mL in water samples from finished water storage tank and finished water respectively,was found in every link of productive technological process Fungus,the concentration of which reached to 11/mL and 4/mL respectively,was only found in water samples from finished water storage tank and finished water The observed main alge was chlorella,and observed main fungus was trichoderma 0 05% CuSO 4 could kill 100% of observed algae and 20 8% of observed fungus,100 mg/L ClO 2 could kill 100% of observed algae and fungus [Conclusion]The main cause of the occurrence of green sediment in barrelled drinking mineral water was the pollution resulting in massive reproduction of algae and fungs in finished water storage tank which was poorly cleaned and sterilized
