摘要
[目的 ]了解苏州市桶装饮水卫生质量 ,并为改善饮水卫生质量提供依据。 [方法 ]于 1 999年逐月对成品桶装水进行水质检测 ,于 7~ 9月对 1 0个桶装水厂及其用户的水质进行调查研究。 [结果 ]苏州市区 1 999年桶装饮水生产厂家已达 32个 ,饮用人数 1 7.67万人 ,占市区总人数的 1 6.4%。与自来水相比 ,桶装饮水感官指标较好 ,重金属和有机物含量明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ,17O核磁共振半幅宽变窄。但微生物超标率高 ,其中细菌总数超标率出厂水1 4.2 % ,饮水机常温出水 82 .1 % ;总大肠菌群出厂水 0 .6% ,饮水机常温水 1 4.2 % ;纯水中微量元素偏低。 [结论 ]应深入探讨桶装饮水微生物超标原因 ,制订桶装水厂良好生产规范 ,开展饮水机的卫生学研究 。
Objective]To understand the sanitary quality of barrelled drinking water in Suzhou,and provide basis for improving it.[Methods]Monthly determination of sanitary quality of finished barrelled drinking water was carried out in 1999.An investigation on the sanitary quality of finished barelled water samples collected from 10 barrelled drinking water manufactories and their users was carried out during July to September in 1999 [Results]By the end of 1999,the amount of barrelled drinking water manufactories reached to 32,the population drinking barrelled drinking water reached to 176 7 thousand people which took 16 4% of the total population in urban area of Suzhou Compared with tap water,barredled drinking water presented advantages as follows:better organoleptic indexes,significant decrease of levels of heavy metals and organic compounds in finished water ( P <0 05),narrower half amplitude width of nuclear magnetic resonance of 17 O At the same time,the main sanitary problem of barrelled drinking water was the higher over standard rates of microbiology The over standard rate of the count of total bacteria was 14 2% for finished water and 82 1% for water supplied from water dispenser at normal atmospheric temperature The over standard rate of the count of total coliforms was 0 6% for finished water and 14 2% for water supplied from water despenser at normal atmospheric temperature Lower levels of trace elements were found in purified water [Conclusion]It was necessary to research the cause resulting in the over standard levels of microbiology in barrelled drinking water further,work out perfect sanitary standards for process of production,carry out study on the sanitary quality of water despenser,and establish suitable indexes of comprehensively evaluating water quality
