Economy,Energy and Environment of Tianjin

在分析建国 50年来天津市经济、能源和环境发展历程的基础上 ,论述了三者之间的关系 ,并得出天津市的经济、能源与环境系统由 80年代初的高增长、高消耗、高污染型向经济高增长、能源低增长 (或零增长 )、环境污染负增长的良性循环方向发展的结论。从而提出为进一步改善经济、能源与环境系统 ,实现发展模式、发展结构、发展格局、发展方式、大气污染综合防治重点和管理方式等的根本转变的总体发展思路。

This paper analyzed the development of economy,energy and environment of Tianjin in the past 50 years and discussed the relation among them.It is concluded that the economy,energy and environment system in Tianjin has developed from high growth,high consumption and high pollution in 1980s to high growth of economy,low growth of energy and negative growth of pollution at present.To improve the economy,energy and environment system,this paper puts forward the proposal of realizing the changes of development model,structure,pattern,mode and air pollution prevention emphases and management methods.
