摘要
采用穿透渗漏实验方法研究了经水泥固化的重金属废物的长期渗漏行为。用由Pb2 +、Zn2 +、Cu2 +、Ni2 +和Cr6 +5种重金属组成的合成废物样品进行 2组实验。实验研究了渗漏实验液流速、pH的变化和金属渗漏能力对固体废物长期渗漏行为的影响。结果表明 ,经水泥固化的金属的渗漏过程分为两个阶段 ,而且各种金属的渗漏速度相差很大 ;废物基质的不同导致其中Ca的渗漏行为不同 ,并进而影响到基质的降解。实验结果为今后建模工作打下了基础。
This paper describes a study on the long term performance of the cement based S/S heavy metal wastes in the flow through leaching test methd.The experiment studies the effect of the variation of leachant flow rate and pH as well as the effect of metal leachabilities on the long term leaching performance of solid wastes.The result indicates that the leaching rates of different metals are significantly different from each other depending on their interaction with the binders.When the matrices are different the leachability of Ca is very different.
