长春市哺乳期妇女有机氯农药蓄积水平的研究

Accumulative Levels of Organochlorine Pesticides Among Women During Their Lactation Period in Changchun

［目的］ 了解中国限、禁有机氯农药以来人群体内有机氯农药蓄积量。［方法］ 检测了哺乳期妇女５２ 份奶样中有机氯农药的含量。［结果］ １９９８年人奶中六氯苯、总六六六和总ＤＤＴ的中位数（以奶脂计） 分别为５９．５ｎｇ／ｇ， ３６３．０ ｎｇ／ｇ 和５２５．５ ｎｇ／ｇ， 比１９８７ 年分别下降了７２．９５％ 、９７．１７％ 和９３．８３％ 。［结论］ 哺乳期妇女有机氯农药蓄积水平已降到８０年代某些发达国家的水平。

Objective]To understand the accumulative levels of organochlorine pesticides in human body after the ristriction and prohibition on use of organochlorine pesticides in China [Methods]The levels of organochlorine pesticides in 52 milk samples obtained from women during lactation period were detected in Changchun [Results]The medians of the levels of organochlorine pesticides,such as 6 hexachlorobenzene,total 666,and total DDT in milk samples reached to 59 5,363 0 and 525 5 ng/g milk fat respectively in 1998,which decreased 72 95%,97 17% and 93 83% respectively compared with those in 1987 [Conclusion]The accumulative levels of organochlorine pesticides in milk samples had decreased to lower levles,as reported in developed countries in 1980's
