摘要
[目的] 探讨磁力活化水对实验小鼠和大鼠代谢的影响。[方法] 以磁化杯处理的结自来水为受试物, 就其对骨钙、高脂血症和脂质过氧化的影响进行了动物实验。[结果] 小鼠股骨含钙量(少年组301.66 m g/g, 老年组255.25 mg/g)与对照组(分别为290.08 m g/g 和258.01 m g/g)差别无显著性。大鼠高脂模型实验组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.46 m m ol/L) 明显高于对照组 (0.58 m m ol/L)。小鼠超氧化物歧化酶活力 (467.16NU/m L) 明显高于对照组 (315.70 NU/m L)。[结论] 磁力活化水在近期内不影响骨钙代谢, 但可促进高密度脂蛋白的增加; 饮用磁力活化水较长时间后, 可促进超氧化物歧化酶活力的增高。
Objective]To explore the effects of magnetized water on the metabolism among mice and rats.[Methods]The magnetized water,treated by magnetic field,was studied in its effects on bone calcium,hyperlipemia and lipoperoxides in experimental rats.[Results]The levels of calcium in femurs of young mice (301.66 mg/g) and old mice(255.25 mg/g) revealed no significant differences compared with those of relative controls (young mice:290.08 mg/g,old mice:258.01 mg/g).The leves of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) of hyperlipemia model group (1.46 mmol/L) was significantly higher than that of control group(0.58 mmol/L) in rats.The activity of superoxide dismutase of mice drinking magnetized water (467.16 NU/mL) was significantly higher than that of control (315.70 NU/mL).[Conclasion]The magnetized water in short term drinking had no effect on metabolism of bone calcium,and could increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C).The magnetized water could increase the activity of plasma superoxides dismutase(SOD)in a relatively long term drinking.
