摘要
传统的活性污泥工艺中加入废弃轮胎颗粒作为生物膜载体形成的复合式生物膜反应器 ,在颗粒浓度为 40 g/ L时 ,稳定运行条件下在轮胎颗粒表面可形成约 50 mg/ g的生物膜量 ,即在传统曝气池的 2 0 0 0~ 30 0 0 mg/ L悬浮生长污泥的基础上 ,可增加 2 0 0 0mg/ L的附着生物膜量。此时生物膜的厚度为 2 55μm,其活性以比耗氧速率 (SOUR)表示为 40~ 70 mg/ g·
The incorporation of waste tyre beads at a concentration of 40 g/L into conventional activated sludge tank led to the attachment of 50 mg/g biomass on the surface of tyre beads at steady state.Thus,2000 mg/L of attached growth biomass was available in addition to the existing 2000 3000 mg/L of suspended growth biomass in the hybrid reactor.Biofilm thickness was 255 μm and its activity expressed in specific oxygen uptake rate (SOUR) was in the range of 40~70 mg/g·h,which was comparable to that of suspended growth.
