变压器直流电阻助磁法测量转换开关的设计

摘要 通过对助磁法测量变压器绕组直流电阻试验原理分析,设计一种转换开关,增加了自动化程度,减少测量过程中人为因素导致的接线错误,能保证测量的准确性,加快测量速度.通过在某电站08号主变的实际应用,验证了该转换开关的有效性和可靠性. Based on the test principle analysis of the saturable magnetic circuit method for measuring DC resistance of transformer winding, a type of changeover switch was designed, which could increase the de- gree of automation, reduce the possibility of wiring error in the measuring process, ensure the measuring accuracy and accelerate the measuring speed. The application of the switch to No. 08 transformer in a power station confirmed its validity and reliability.
