Based on the test principle analysis of the saturable magnetic circuit method for measuring DC resistance of transformer winding, a type of changeover switch was designed, which could increase the de- gree of automation, reduce the possibility of wiring error in the measuring process, ensure the measuring accuracy and accelerate the measuring speed. The application of the switch to No. 08 transformer in a power station confirmed its validity and reliability.
