摘要
采用模压法制备了高发泡倍率的聚丙烯基木塑复合发泡材料,研究了发泡剂用量对材料表观密度及木粉添加量对材料密度、泡孔形态、吸水率的影响.结果表明:随着发泡剂量的增加,材料的密度先下降后上升,7.5份时降至最低;随着木粉添加量的增加,材料的泡孔形态、表观密度均先变好后变差,在20份时达到最优值,而材料的吸水性能则随之持续增加.
High-expanded PP/wood flour foaming composites were prepared by moulded method . Theeffects of the content of AC foam agent on density and the wood flour content on cell morphology, densityand water uptake were studied. The results showed that with the increase of content of AC foam agent,the density frist increased and then declined, and fell to the lowest at 7. 5phr. With the increase of thewood flour content, the cell morphology and density got better frist and went bad later, and all turned tobe best at 20phr. However, the water uptake kept increasing along with the wood flour content.
