母乳与牛乳中微量元素的比较 被引量:6

Comparison of trace elements in some human milk and milk samples

摘要 用 ICP- AES法对母乳和牛乳中 K、Na、Ca、Mg、P、Fe、Al、Zn、Sr、Pb、Mn、Ba和 Cu等 1 3种元素含量进行了测定。结果发现母乳与牛乳的营养成分差异较大。 s:The contents of 13 elements(K,Na,Ca,Mg,P,Fe,Al,Zn,Sr,Pb,Mn,Ba and Cu)in some human milk and milk samples were determined by means of ICP AES method.Compared with the data obtained,it was found that there were big imparities between the nutrition components of human milk and milk.And the research data would be helpful for the study of the important physiological function of trace elements in human body.
