摘要
从产业发展与环境保护的结合点上 ,提出了重庆造纸行业应加快结构调整 ,增强市场竞争力 ,同时治理污染 ,改善三峡库区水质 ,以求可持续发展。
Starting with the junction point of industry development and environmental protection,this paper proposes that Chongqing papermaking industry should expedite the structure regulation of production to strengthen the competitive power for markets,meanwhile taking treating measure for pollution and improving the water quality of the Three Gorges Reservoirs in order to keeping sustainable development.
