制革(羊皮)行业污染最小化技术

摘要 本技术包括污水回用、酶法脱毛替代传统灰浆脱毛、烧碱浸碱替代石灰硫化钠浸碱、碱法回收废铬液及混合脂肪酸法回收回软工段油脂等五个技术要素。前四个技术要素互为协同、互为关联 ,构成 A技术单元。混合脂肪酸法回收油脂单独构成 B技术单元。在两个技术单元作用下污染物被大量削减 ,生产成本下降 ,污水治理固定投资大幅缩减 ,污水治理运行费用减小 ,产生明显的经济效益。 This technology consists of five technical elements, which they are waste water cyclically uses, enzyme depilation replaces traditional mortar depilation, sodium hydroxide replaces lime sodium sulfide immersion, waste liquid containing chromium is recovered by basic treatment and greese in soften procedura is recovered by mixed fatty acid. Former four technical elements constitute A technical unit. Greese recovery by mixed fatty acid constitutes B technical unit. By the effection of two technical units, pollution is reduced greatly, production cost is reduced, fixed investment of pollution treatment is cutted largly, pollution treatment cost is reduced. Econmic effectiveness is quite well.
