摘要
结合国家宏观调控政策,分析了目前建筑市场开发工作中主要存在的问题,探讨了相应的开发策略,提出了施工企业市场开发过程中应采取的手段及承揽业务时应注意的问题,以期指导实践,引导施工企业进一步占领市场。
Combining with the macro-control policy of the country,the paper analyzes the problems in the architectural market development,explores the respective development strategies,and points out the measures and the precautions in bearing the business in the market development process of the construction enterprises,so as to direct the practice and to lead the construction enterprises to take up the market further.
