摘要
探讨了用胶体分光光度法测定环境水质中硫化物。系统地研究了稳定时间、干扰物质、溶液的酸碱度对测定的影响。提出了测定的最佳条件。方法的检测限为 0 .0 9mg/l,相对标准偏差 ( RSD) ( n=9)为 3.3% ,加标回收率在 90 .8%- 1 0 1 .7%之间。
The method of determinating sulfide in environmental water by colloid spectrophotometry is investigated in this paper.The influence of the stability time,interfering substances and the acidity of the solution are systematically researched.The determinating parameters are opitimized.The detection limit of this method is 0.09mg/l.The relatively standard deviation (RSD) (n=9) is 1.4% and the recovery is 90.8%——101.7%.
