摘要
文章介绍了一种基于PLC控制的通道玻璃液面测量系统,采用PLC接收液面高度信号和驱动执行机构,分析了PLC控制系统的工作原理以及控制程序设计。使TFT通道液面高度控制准确、稳定,同时利用触摸屏提供了友好的人机界面,工艺参数修改方便.实践证明:上述控制系统应用于TFT通道液面控制具有操作简单,运行可靠,自动化程度高等优点。
This paper introduced a kind of TTF substrate glass level measuring system,control singal is collected and executing machine is drived by PLC.Analysis the PLC ontrol system working principle and control of PLC program design.make the TFT channel glass level control precision and stability,while using the touch screen provides a friendly the man –manchine interface,easy to modify parameters.Practice has proved,the control system is applied to the TFT channel level control has the advantages of simple operation、reliable operation.
