摘要
以Al(OH) 3、FeCl3、MgCl2 和HCl为原料制备了一种新型复合絮凝剂FMA ,实验了其对印染废水的絮凝性能并与其它三种絮凝剂作了比较。其中包括FMA投加量对絮凝速度、沉淀分离效果的影响 ;絮凝剂用量对絮凝效果的影响 ;不同絮凝剂的沉降性能比较 ;不同絮凝剂对污染因子去除率比较并结合了在现场的应用实例。结果表明 :该絮凝剂的絮凝性能优于其它三种絮凝剂 ,完全适合于印染废水的处理 ,最佳投加量为 5 0~70mg/L ,生化出水经处理后可达标排放。
This paper presents a new type of complex flocculant FMA, which is prepared by using aluminium hydroxide, ferric chloride, magnesium chloride and hydrochloride acid as raw materials, and studies flocculating properties of FMA and other three flocculants in printing and dyeing wastewater. The results show that FMA flocculant is superior to the other three flocculants and completly suited to treat printing and dyeing wastewater. The dosage of FMA is 50~70 mg/L
