摘要
[目的]观察曲安奈德对SD大鼠坐骨神经损伤后功能恢复影响的形态学变化。[方法]采用雄性SD大鼠48只,取右侧臀部斜切口在距梨状肌下缘0.5 cm处钳夹坐骨神经造成神经损伤,损伤的宽度为2 mm,并将SD大鼠随机分成实验组及对照组,实验组即刻于神经外膜下注射曲安奈德,对照组注射等量的生理盐水。于术后2、4、6周观察SD大鼠坐骨神经功能指数、电生理、组织学改变,并进行统计学分析。[结果]曲安奈德组在各时间点的坐骨神经功能指数、潜伏期、诱发电位和神经传导速度,有髓神经纤维数和有髓神经纤维截面积等的恢复率均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]神经外膜下注射曲安奈德对SD大鼠坐骨神经损伤后的结构和功能恢复具有一定的促进作用。
[Objective]To investigate the structure and function of the injured sciatic nerve treated with triamcinolone acetonide.[Method]A total of 48 male SD rats were included in this study.The injuries of sciatic nerve were created through an oblique incision(2 mm in width) in the right buttock at the inferior boarder 0.5 cm below the piriformis.All the rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The rats in the experimental group were immediately injected with triamcinolone acetonide,while the rats in the control group were given equal saline in the same way.The sciatic nerve function,electrophysiology and histology were studied at 2,4 and 6 weeks after operation.[Result]The sciatic functional indexes,latency,evoked potential,nerve conduction velocity,the number of the myelinated nerve cells and the cross sections of the myelinated nerve fibers were all better in the experimental group than those in the control group at all the 4 time points(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]The injection of triamcinolone acetonide under the epineurium can improve the structure and function of the injured sciatic nerve in rats.
