膝关节镜下重建前后交叉韧带31例疗效分析

摘要 膝关节前后交叉韧带同时断裂大多数是由于严重的关节创伤引起,而且多伴有侧副韧带和半月板的损伤,严重影响患者关节功能。采集我院2007年1月-2009年1月对31例前后交叉韧带同时断裂病例行关节镜下双韧带同期重建,随访2年。分析提示同期重建前后交叉韧带临床效果满意。现报告如下。
