长脉宽595nm脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of long pulse width 595nm pulsed dye laser for the treatment of port-wine stain

目的 探讨长脉宽595nm脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣的疗效.方法 回顾性分析552例接受长脉宽595nm脉冲染料激光治疗的鲜红斑痣患者,观察治疗后的疗效及并发症.结果 552例完成治疗的患者中,疗效极好者265例,疗效好者148例,疗效欠佳（中、差）者139例.35例患者出现色素改变,3例患者在治疗后瘢痕形成.结论 长脉宽595nm脉冲染料激光是一种安全有效的鲜红斑痣治疗手段,但是对紫型鲜红斑痣治疗效果较差.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of port-wine stains （PWS） treated with long pulse width 595 nm pulsed dye laser. Methods Totally 552 patients with PWS were treated with long pulse width 595 rim pulsed, and the effieaey was studed retrospeetively. Results Of the 552 patients, 265 cases achieved excel- lent improvement, 148 cases achieved good results, and 139 cases had an unsatisfactory outcome （moderate and poor response）. Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation occurred in 35 eases, 3 patients developed sear after the treatment. Conclusion The long pulse width 595 nm PDL appears to be safe, effective and well tolerated in the treatment of port-wine stains, but not very effective for the patient with purple port-wine stains.
