Surgical approach for infant parotid gland hemangioma

目的 探讨手术切除治疗婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤的方法和疗效.方法 回顾性分析自1983-2011年收治234例婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤患儿的临床资料,总结手术经验.结果 本组共234例患儿,经手术彻底摘除血管瘤组织,术后无复发,最长随访18年,效果满意.结论手术切除是治疗婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤安全、有效的方法,无严重并发症发生.

Objective To explore the methods and effect of surgical excision of infant parotid gland hemagionma. Methods The medical record material on 234 infants with parotid gland hemangioma received in our department from 1983 to 2011 was reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. The clinical experience was sum- marized. Results Tumor was excised totally in all 234 cases without recurrence. After longest follow-up of 18 years, satisfactory results were received in all cases. Conclusion It is a safe and effective approach of surgical excision for infant parotid gland hemangioma, without severe complications.
