超声骨刀行驼峰鼻矫正术

Nasal hump reduction with ultrasonic osteotomy

目的 探讨超声骨刀在驼峰鼻截骨术中的临床效果.方法 在开放入路下,应用超声骨刀行驼峰去除和侧鼻截骨术,并根据需要行鼻尖成形术.结果 本组15例患者,术后伤口愈合良好.随访6～12个月,所有患者均对术后鼻背曲线满意,无鞍鼻畸形和通气障碍.结论 超声骨刀为驼峰鼻截骨矫正术提供了一种微创方法,避免常规工具造成鼻软组织的各种损伤.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic osteotomy on the treatment of nasal hump. Methods Ultrasonic osteotomy was carried out to reduce the bony hump and the lateral nasal bone via lateral nasal osteotomy, and nasal tip plasty if needed. Results All 15 cases were followed up for 6- 12 months, and all patients were satisfied with the curve of nase back, there was no saddle nase and nasal ob- struction. Conclusion Ultrasonic osteotomy provides a less invasive approach to bony hump reduction and pre- vents the multiple complications associated with manual osteotomies.
