网络直报系统下新疆伊犁州肺结核病患者分析

Analysis of tuberculosis patients in Yili Prefecture,Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region using network reporting system

目的利用网络直报系统分析新疆伊犁州肺结核病患者来源和类型特点。方法对网络直报系统中2008—2010年不同来源肺结核病患者的构成比、就诊率和检出率进行统计,同时对不同来源患者的类型进行分类统计。结果 2008—2010年肺结核病患者以因症就诊、转诊为两大主要来源,分别占总来源的36.84%和43.98%,就诊率分别为41.37%和44.25%。新涂阳类型中以转诊来源患者检出率最高(10.03%),复治涂阳类型中以因症就诊来源患者检出率最高(3.01%),涂阴类型中各种来源患者检出率均较高,总检出率为9.60%。结论肺结核病患者来源的变化体现出伊犁州肺结核病防控工作取得了一定效果,肺结核病患者主动就诊意识增强。因症就诊和转诊为两大主要患者来源途径;涂阴类型是本地区肺结核病患者的主要类型,重视涂阴人群是减少肺结核病患者漏诊的重要举措。

Objective To analyze the sources and types of tuberculosis （TB） patients in Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region using network reporting system. Methods The proportion, attendance rate and detection rate of the TB patients from different sources during 2008-2010 on network reporting system were calculated, and the types of the TB patients were classi- fied and calculated. Results During 2008-2010, TB patients were mainly found at clinic visits because of the symptoms or at re- ferral, accounting for 36.84% and 43.98% of the TB patients, and attendance rates were 41.37% and 44.25%, respectively. Among new smear-positive patients, the detection rate of referral patients was the highest （10.03%）; among re-treatment smear-positive pa- tients, the detection rate of the patients at clinic visits because of the symptoms was the highest （3.01%）; among smear-negative pa- tients, the detection rate of the patients from the four sources was high; the total the detection rate was 9.60%. Conclusions Changes in the sources of the TB patients show a certain achievement in TB prevention and control in Yili Prefecture. TB patients have an increasing awareness of active treatment. Clinic visits because of the symptoms and referral are the two main sources from which TB patients are found. Smear-negative patients account for the largest proportion of the TB patients, and they should be given due atten- tion so as to reduce missed diagnosis of TB.
