吹扫捕集—气质联用测定人工皮革中的挥发性化合物 被引量:3

摘要 建立同时分析人工皮革中可能存在的22种挥发性有机物的分析方法。利用吹扫捕集方法富集待测组分,用气相质谱进行分离和定性定量。采用正交试验法优化吹扫捕集仪器的最佳条件,同时优化了22种组分分离的气相质谱条件;最佳条件下建立的方法的线性范围为5.0~100.0μg/mL,检测限在2.0~15.0μg/mL之间,最小检测浓度为0.004~0.025mg/m2,加标回收率高于80%,RSD(n=6)低于10.7%。 A method for trace analysis of 22 kinds of volatile compounds in artificial leather was developed. Purge - trap was used for concentration and enrichment of the compounds released from analyte. Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry was used for separation,qualitative and quantitative. The purge - trap conditions were investigated with orthogonal test and found the best. The conditions of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry were also studied for the separation of compounds. Under optimum con- ditions, the proposed method was further validated by spiking analytes into blank sample. Linear ranges of volatile compounds are 5.0-100.01μg/mL, the limits of quantitation are 2.0 -15.0μg/mL and the test concentrations of sample are 0.004 - 0. 025mg/ m2. The recoveries are above 80%, and RSD are lower 10.7%.
