摘要 目的通过胸部X线平片测量3~13岁儿童正常胸廓容积和形态的数据,得出测量值与年龄的相关量表,为诊断胸廓功能不全综合征提供依据。方法选取在我院就诊的、北京地区3~13岁胸廓正常儿童422例,分别测量第1~10肋弓间距(C1~C10)、胸廓高度(H)、胸廓宽度(W);观察各测量值随生长发育变化的趋势,比较结果之间的关系。结果各测量值随年龄增长呈逐渐上升趋势,各年龄组的C1~C10变化基本一致。结论利用X线平片测量胸廓体积可行,各测量值可以作为参考指标。 Objective To evaluate the thoracic cage volumes quantitatively with X-ray film age in 3—13 years old children without abnormality of thoracic cage,and to analyze the bivariate correlations with age,so as to provide the clues of thoracic insufficiency syndrome.Methods Totally 422 children with normal thoracic cage volumes in Beijing were enrolled.Distances of the 1—10 ribs(C1—C10),thoracic height(H) and width(W) were measured,then the tendency of measured value with the growth and development was observed and compared.Results All measured values positively correlated with age.Consistent changes of C1—C10 in all age groups were found.Conclusion X-ray film is a useful way to evaluate the thoracic volume.The measured values can be used as references in the diagnosis of thoracic cage abnormalities
