摘要
创伤性脑损伤原发病灶周围存在继发性脑损伤区域,而这些继发损伤具有可恢复的潜能,称为创伤性半暗带。脑创伤病程进展在很大程度上与半暗带有关。明确创伤性半暗带的形成及病理生理机制,了解其影像学变现,以早期判定创伤性半暗带并及时采取干预措施,对挽救可恢复脑组织具有重要意义。本文对脑创伤周围半暗带的研究进展予以综述。
When brain trauma occurs,there are certain areas surrounding the primary lesions that may develop secondary injury.These areas are known as the traumatic penumbra,which has the potentiality to recover.The aggravation of traumatic brain lesions greatly depends on the evolution of the penumbra.Therefore,identifying the formation and pathophysiology of the traumatic penumbra and its imaging research progress as well as timely intervention has certain significance for early clinical determination and brain rescue.Recent progresses of traumatic brain penumbra were reviewed in this article.
