摘要
随着上海城市化进程提速明显,近郊老镇改造已迫在眉睫。通过对台湾、香港地区、深圳市案例研究以及本地化的实践经验,拟提出供老镇改造参考的工作思路。
With Shanghai’s obvious speedy urbanization, old suburban town transformation is imminent. Based upon case studies in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Shenzhen and local practical experience, this article tries to offer some ideas of old town transformation.
