皮肌炎伴发鼻咽癌的诊治体会并文献复习

摘要 皮肌炎（dermatomyotisis,DM）伴恶性肿瘤的病例时有报道,在我国南方地区以鼻咽癌最常见。近年来,我院耳鼻咽喉科收治2例皮肌炎伴鼻咽癌的患者,现结合文献报道讨论如下。
