摘要
景观作为一个美学范畴是晚近才出现的。由于城市、环境等景观建设的需要,美学同某些自然科学和社会科学学科的交叉,形成了专门研究景观的美学分支,景观才成为美学专门研究的对象。例如,地理学中关于景观的研究同美学研究的合作、交叉,产生了一门新的学科——景观美学。随着环境科学、生态学的发展和美学研究范围的拓宽,产生了一个范围更宽的交叉学科——环境美学,景观又被纳入到环境美学、生态美学的范围之中,含义更加深广了。由此可见,目前"景观"是一个内涵丰富而外延又很广的概念,具有交叉学科所赋予的特殊意义。所以,景观美育也就不可能仅仅是"纯粹的"审美教育,它必然包含着人文精神和科学精神的教育,也包含着生态、环境教育的意义。
Landscaping as an aesthetic category didn't appear until quite recently and became an object of aesthetic research only when aesthetics, spurred on by landscape construction in urban and environmental planning, intersected with certain natural and social sciences and thereby created a branch of aesthetics specifically concerned with landscaping. For instance, the part of landscaping in geography coincided and intersected with aesthetic research and gave birth to a brand new disci- pline-landscaping aesthetics. With the development of environmental science and ecology and the broadening of the scope of aesthetic research, environmental aesthetics, a borderline discipline with a wider scope, has arisen with the result that landscaping has been absorbed into environmental aesthetics and ecological aesthetics and assumed a deeper and wider signif- icance. It can be seen from the above that landscaping is a concept with rich connotation and wide denotation and with a spe- cial significance endowed by borderline disciplines. Therefore, far from being a "purely" aesthetic education, aesthetic education through landscaping cannot but embody a humanist and scientific as well as an ecological and environmental education.
