基于组态王和Matlab的管道泄漏定位软件设计

摘要 针对管道泄漏监测问题,提出了一种基于组态王和Matlab的管道泄漏定位软件设计方案。介绍了软件总体设计和重要模块的设计方法。软件主控部分采用组态王设计,泄漏定位模块采用Matlab设计,组态王和Matlab通过动态数据交换技术进行数据交换。该设计方案充分发挥了组态王和Matlab的优势,所开发软件已在多个煤矿管路监测系统中获得应用,具有稳定可靠、维护方便等特点。 A design of leakage location of pipelines is proposed based on Kingview and Matlab in view of the monitoring of pipeline leakage. The paper introduces the design scheme and the design method of important modules. The main control software is developed by Kingview and the leakage location module is designed by Matlab. Data exchange between Kingview and Matlab is implemented through DDE( Dynamic Data Exchange). The software makes full advantages of Kingview and Matlab. It has been applied successfully in several monitoring systems of coalmine pipelines with many advantages such as stability, reliability and easy maintenance, etc.
