摘要
针对目前撒布岩粉惰化技术、被动式阻隔爆技术、自动阻隔爆技术的局限性,提出了一种气体反冲式固体阻隔爆装置,该装置可安装在巷道中使用。阐述了该装置的结构形式及工作原理,选取泡沫陶瓷为该装置的固体阻隔爆材料,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对爆炸发生时阻隔爆装置的受力情况进行模拟分析,得出瓦斯爆炸破坏力对阻隔爆装置影响的大小及变化规律,为进一步改进、优化瓦斯爆炸固体阻隔爆装置的性能、参数提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the limitation of the inerting technology of sprinkling rock powder,the inactive barrier explosion technology, the automatic barrier explosion technology, this paper presents an idea of the blowback solid barrier explosion device,which can be installed in the roadway, and explains the deviceg structure and operation principle. And ceramic foam was chosen as solid explosive material barrier. Through the ANSYS finite element analysis software, the simulation analysis on the force for explosive devices is made to get the impact and variation laws of gas explosion on the devices. It provides a theoretical basis for further improving and optimizing the performance and parameters of the solid barrier explosion device of gas explosion.
