Facing the citizenship identity crisis caused by globalization,many countries,in order to cultivate the qualified citizen,have been issuing the relevant policies and rules of law about the curriculum of citizenship education in recent years.During the process,the curriculum of citizenship education reforms in the UK,Australia,the USA and Canada have been more representative.The professionalism and clarity of course objects,availability of curriculum resource,effectiveness of teachers＇ training,continuity of financial support and the persistent of curriculum research,assessment and supervision become major factors greatly influencing civic education reform and implementation.
